How long does it take to get set up?
The amount of time until your store is live and open to the public varies according to several factors. Setup speed depends mostly on how quickly you provide us with your product details because we set up your first 15 products for you! On average, your store is up and running in about five business days — longer, if you decide to add a customization package.
Are there limitations to the products I can sell?
Nope! You can have as many products as you like — you’re not even limited to just print products. You can sell anything!
Can I control the way my store looks?
Yes! We have 15 storefront templates (and adding more all the time!) that you may choose from. We also have an affordable front-end customization option, for additional ways to make your storefront stand out!
What types of payment do you accept?
Keen accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ACH (Electronic Check Payments) as payment from our vendors. You must have a valid payment method on file in order for your account to stay active.
Do you charge a percentage of each sale?
Keen does not take any portion of your revenue.
Is my data safe and secure?
Yes — data security is a top priority. We have taken important steps to ensure your data, credit card information, and communications are secure and protected at all times. All your information is protected against outages through a partnership with Rackspace Cloud. All payment transactions are transmitted, stored, and processed using PCI-compliant, bank-level encryption. All account communication is protected using 2å048bit SSL encryption.
Can brokers use Keen stores?
