File Upload
Forget email, FTP, CDs and thumb drives. Keen’s built-in file upload functionality allows for submission of images, PDF, native Adobe formats, Microsoft Suite, Quark, and even archives. Files are stored securely in the system and a screen preview is automatically generated. When replaced, old versions of the files are kept in the order history as well.
Automatic File Inspection
Common file mistakes such as resolution and color space are responsible for the majority of file errors and order delays. Keen automatically inspects image files for integrity in real time and notifies the customer of any obvious problems before they even submit the order. This prevents customer frustration and saves your staff’s valuable time.
File Approval Workflow
Even with the basic errors out of the way, little nuances can make a customer’s file unprintable. Keen’s built-in file approval workflow allows your pre-press staff to inspect the files and quickly push the order to production or back to the customer for replacement – automatically adjusting the order due date in the process.
